RCEC offers two
types of Membership:
Broker Builders Member, is a home
building contractor who subcontracts all
construction craft labor to other contractors;
or
Employer Member is a contractor that
directly employs individuals on a its payroll,
and those employees perform all or some of the
craft labor.
