Risk
Management Association of RCEC
A better way to handle your
workers' compensation costs.
A.M. Best Rated A-
Established in January, 1992, the
Risk Management Association of the Residential
Construction Employers Council offers an
alternative to "typical" workers' compensation
insurance programs by making you part of the RMA
Team. RMA provides a self-insurance program
designed by the construction industry, for the
construction industry, a 29.01 Program under the
State of Illinois Department of Insurance, for
safety conscious contracting firms.
Assurance Agency, Program Administrator,
provides risk and claim professionals including
court certified experts, lawyers, doctors, and
auditors, who help you resolve claims. They
provide you with the advantage and comfort level
you have always looked for in risk retention,
risk transfer, and loss reduction. Assurance Agency, a
firm recognized as an expert in claims
management, has recovered millions of dollars
for clients. They have audited more than 100,000
claim files.
Legitimate claims are handled
promptly and fairly. Injured employees deserve
to receive the best medical services available
and return to work at the earliest reasonable
date possible. Simultaneously, Assurance Agency
aggressively defends against those employees
filing fraudulent claims and/or attempting to
manipulate the workers' compensation system to
the detriment of our members. This also holds
true for any unscrupulous individuals who may be
practicing within the medical and legal
professions. These types of claims are
identified and addressed through the utilization
of accident investigations, subrosas, forensic
medical evaluations, sworn statements and other
proven methods.
