RCEC’s Construction Online Training Program is a
comprehensive construction study program
targeted towards those individuals who require
flexibility in their educational pursuits. These
online courses provide excellent information for
individuals in the residential construction
industry as well as for architects, realtors,
title company employees, real estate attorneys,
etc.
Scholarships
RCEC offers fours scholarship programs to
Illinois residents in their Junior/Senior year
who are majoring in construction technology,
administration and/or management.

D. Coleman Memorial Scholarship and The
Albert Kaufman Memorial Scholarship honor
two individuals who have been long-term
supporters and outstanding leaders of RCEC.
The Students receiving these scholarships
are awarded $3000 in addition to their $1000
university scholarship award.

Reimbursement Scholarships are also
available through RCEC member firms.
College Field Trip Program
Offered to students attending universities in
Illinois and Indiana, provides “real world”
insight into residential construction.

- OSHA 10
Hour Class- This course allow our members to
learn and understand OSHA safety regulations
and guidelines. Recognizing hazards on the
jobsite that will help avoid injuries and
create a safer place at work.
- OSHA 4
Hour Refresher Course – The 4 Hour Course is
designed for those who have already taken
the 10 Hour OSHA class. It provides a full
update on safety and OSHA regulations.

Council
RPC is the ideal program for jobsite and
management personnel as well as construction
industry related firms such as bankers,
suppliers and service firms that are seeking
superior networking opportunities, direct
contact with buyers and exceptional and unique
educational seminars.
Network Opportunities
RCEC offers many seminars throughout the year
giving our members the opportunity to meet new
